To steep: Measure about 2 tbs to every 32oz of water. Bring water to a gentle boil. Add measured BALANCE Herb Blend to water, cover and immediately turn off heat. For maximum extraction of properties, let steep for 1hr to overnight.

May be stored tightly sealed in fridge for a few days, in glass jar if possible.

Steep about 4 tbsp EARTHICAL Balance Herb Blend in 64oz water. Making it the night before use is good for extraction.

Have a cup of tea while steaming, Nurturing inside out.

If steam temperature is hot, sit in a way thats allows some steam to release to the back &/ front.

Cover your lower body with a towel when it is comfortable enough to do so, to trap the remaining steam more maximum absorption.
